Santa Cruz Open Studios Art Tour 2008

Information

Santa Cruz Open Studios is a self-guided tour of artists’ studios in Santa Cruz County. It takes place over the course of three weekends in October. The first weekend (October 4-5) only studios in the South part of the county will be open. The second weekend (October 11-12) only studios in the North part of the county will be open. The third weekend (October 18-19) is an encore weekend in which any artist from any part of the County is able to show their work for one extra weekend.

I WILL ONLY BE OPEN THE SECOND WEEKEND THIS YEAR.

If I didn’t cover all the questions you have about this event, please feel free to visit the source. Santa Cruz Cultural Council is the organization that is putting this event on, and their website contains all the information needed.

Calendars are available for purchase (I will have some to sell as well) that contain a list of all the artists participating in Santa Cruz Open Studios. Photographs of each artists’ artwork are present in the calendar along with a map of the locations of all the artist's studios.

I would like to stress that it is NOT necessary to purchase a calendar to come to open studios. However, if you would like to see more artists artwork than just mine alone (which I completely understand and encourage), you will need a calendar to find where other artists are showing their work.
